Module One ”Elder Abuse” must be completed by everyone wishing to Minister at Life-Line Convalescent Ministries. Once you have taken the test for “Elder Abuse” you may take the remaining classes in any order you choose. Results of your tests will automatically be sent to you by email.
Following completion of elder abuse test, in order to be placed on a team for visitation or Bible study in a facility close to where you reside, down-load Life-Line Participation Agreement (found on the “Registration Page”); complete the form, return it to: Life-Line Ministries; 8805 N.
